TyrFil has been at the forefront of polyurethane puncture proofing systems for 25 years. TyrFil's proven concept of a puncture proof material replacing all the air inside a pneumatic tyre guarantees the end-user of industrial and off-the-road vehicles trouble free operation.
 
The TyrFil system consists of two liquid components (A & B) which are injected into the tyre through the tyre's valve stem via a specially designed pumping unit that ensures correct mix ratio and final tyre pressurisation.

With TyrFil, the tyres' interiors are completely void free therefore NO DEFLATIONS from tread or side-wall penetrations are possible.

TyrFil is manufactured at our Preston plant under ISO 9001 procedures and is subject to strict batch monitoring and quality control. This ensures that TyrFil processors worldwide are guaranteed quality assured products.
